Logo Design for a publication house in Bristol, UK
We were hired to design the logo for a UK publication house. The logo was to be used in Black and White only and had to be quite traditional.
You can view some of our recent work in our Logo Design Gallery.

Simply genius! Amazing how you can take the same design element, manipulate it, and create an awesome logo.
This logo screams sophistication and class.
Another great job!

Really nice looking logo, although for some reason it makes me think more of an accountant than a publication house. Enjoying your designs.

I think this is quite powerful. I also like the use of only one complete V in the design. It made my eyes work a tiny, tiny, tiny bit harder to process it the first time and I think that will pay off when I see it again. I love b/w logos. It’s just about a bare bones idea without any sugar coating.

What was the spec for the logo? To me, it fosters feelings of authority, professionalism and experience, which i imagine is what they were originally after. Do you create your typefaces from scratch or have a pool of high quality ones? I think the difficulty of designing good logos is not always understood by clients.
