We were hired to design the logo for Green Island, a sustainable real estate development and management company who offer both new home construction with all green materials and technology as well as energy efficient systems for large existing commercial buildings.
Their main focus is to bring the newest state of the art green technologies and philosophies in to all their products and services.
The logo needed to be a rich and deep rain forest green and it needed to look modern and sophisticated yet with a sensitive and thoughtful environmental touch.

I would have added arrows to indicate conservation or the cycle of life.

@ Business Logos – I disagree. I also think that you have no room to comment with a portfolio of such a low standard.

I disagree with Business Logos. There are already a lot of ‘arrows’ logos for this type of business, it would be hard to make it unique. You seem to have achieved it with this.

Arrows would have been terrible. This is a “sustainable” logo – in that it will look good 5 years from now, when the greenbranding fad as passed.
I like how color is used here to separate the name. Classic move.

I think your logo works well…Love the colour green i think you have used the green very well here….Not sure what Business logos is on about ..add arrows?! your design is ok as it is…
