We decided to use an abstract butterfly shape to hint at the change of lifestyle you may need as far as nutrition and fitness goes and represented in the change a butterfly goes through to become something much nicer.
We chose a nice bright colour palette and simple type style so the look was very clean and fresh but easily recognizable on all print work.
